-: For a 5 star i was expecting the food to be higher quality. Breakfast was basic and dinner below standard. The massage treatments were not as we expected either- not as professional as we imagined.

+: Szép helyen, hangulatos épület. Nagyon kellemes, tágas wellness. A rövid idő tartam miatt a gyógyvíz hatásosságáról nem tudok beszámolni, de sok jót hallottam róla. A kifogásommal együtt is bátran ajánlom a szállodát.
-: Csak egy gondolat, hogy a fontosságát hangsúlyozzam. A medencékhez vezető út nagyon körülményes (kb. a legbonyolultabb, az általunk meglátogatott szállodák közül), az épület sajátosságai miatt. Mi csak a harmadik napon voltunk biztosak benne, hogy mikor merre kell menni, melyik útvonal a szerencsésebb. A legfontosabb és olcsó, egyszerű megoldás lenne szerintem, nyilakkal és bárki számára érthető piktogramokkal jelezni az útvonalat.

-: Slabšia obsluha na raňajkach, izby sú neskutočne malé... Počas celého pobytu nefungovala parná sauna ale hotel si účtuje plnú sumu akoby sa nič nestalo a všetko je ok.

-: It was obviously refurbished the the nineties and nothing since then. You can’t recharge your phone near your bed, everything is dated, very very nineties. Not a 5 star hotel of today for sure! The food was less than mediocre, slow and unwilling service, lousy reception services (except the door men)
