+: Krásný výhled přímo z postele, všechno kousek obchod, restaurace, pekárna a bankomat. Místnost na hraní pro děti, kolem apartmanu plot, takže dítě neuteče. Ideální pro rodiny s malými dětmi. Dobrý výchozí bod pro výlety. V okolí např. Vlkolinec, Cutkovska dolina, Zoo kontakt a Tatralandia, lázně besenova, Liptovska Mára.
