+: Celkově jsme byli spokojeni, paní na recepci nám se vším pomohla a poradila s turistickými trasami. Hotel stojí v nejlepším místě, pár metrů od lanovky na Chopok a pěšky se dá přejít zalesněný kopec až k Demänovské jeskyni. Nic nám zde nechybělo, snídaně výborná a večeře se dala také doobjednat.
-: Snad by se dal ještě trochu vylepšit prostor okolo výřivky.

+: druhý deň lepšie raňajky, bohatší výber, zrejme viac hostí v hoteli ako v prvý deň, odporúčala by som personálu reštaurácie brať väčší ohľad na dopĺňanie výberu počas raňajok podľa množstva hostí a času ich príchodu oceňujeme veľkú ústretovosť pani na recepcii, možnosť využiť lanovku za veľmi priaznivú cenu, ponúknutie služieb už pri príchode
