-: 1. The room full of musty smell, we were given a room in the attic, with a glass ceiling, the room is not lit! When we raised this issue, a room spray was brought to us, so that solved any problem, telling us that so far no one has complained about this situation at the hotel, as if I was the first to be dissatisfied. 2. No fridge in the room, yes he agreed to take our perishable food to the restaurant fridge 3. Very disappointing breakfast (if you saw what you were given, you would be hungry automatically. 4. The bathroom looks horrible, I couldn't even take a shower, the toilet was awful, a rather dirty bathtub. 5. The pillowcases were torn and you would break your neck if you slept on them for a night. 6. They didn't enter the room to clean, absolutely delicious 7. No parking at the hotel, we had to park the car somewhere a few hundred meters from the hood, there was a private parking lot, of course with payment. I didn't mind this aspect at all. 8. I will never, but NEVER AGAIN GO to this hotel Zlate Kosice - Slovakia, for VACATION.

+: Les personnes de la réception sont très agréables et à l'écoute. Elles ont fait de leur mieux pour me trouver des solutions. Grand merci à elles.

-: Il n'y avait aucun volet. Les salles du premier étage étaient sales et envahies d'insectes, avec une forte odeur de moisissure. La douchette de la salle de bain était encrassée de calcaire, ce qui gênait l'écoulement de l'eau. De plus, les horaires de présence à la réception ne sont absolument pas respectés. J'ai dû attendre plus de trois heures (de 9h à 12h30) pour que quelqu'un arrive. Pire encore, personne ne répondait au téléphone. Franchement, c'était l'une des pires expériences de ma vie. Pour moi on est plus sur un hôtel 1 étoile que 3 !!Cet hôtel est à fuir.

+: Hotel je v staršej, už historickej budove. Priestory sú po rekonštrukcii. Izba bola príjemná a čistá. Všetky izby, vrátane recepcie, sú na poschodiach. Budova je bez výťahu. To sa však nedá súčasnému majiteľovi vytknúť, lebo do pôvodných priestorov sa výťah nezmestí. Vstupné dvere aj dvere do izieb majú bezkľúčové kódované odomykanie. Nepýtal som sa, ako by sa dali dvere otvoriť pri výpadku el. prúdu. Nebolo treba. Personál bol milý a ochotný. Raňajky bolo servírované, hosť mal asi 5 variantov výberu. Boli chutné a dostatočné.-

-: Večer bolo v izbe veľmi teplo. Okno nemalo vetraciu polohu. Otvorené byť nemohlo kvôli búrke a s ňou spojeným dažďom. Na stene bola namontovaná klimatizačná jednotka, ale som ju nevedel zapnúť a nastaviť. Ovplyvnilo to kvalitu spánku. Uvítal by som, keby v pokynoch v izbách boli stručné návody na ovládanie klimatizácie aj tv, lebo v hoteloch sa spôsoby ovládania líšia. Táto požiadavka je všeobecná.
