+: يوجد غرفه وصاله في المبنى خلف الرسبشن ممتازه بس اذا سكنو جنبك الشعب ال حشره وايد

-: اول شي تعامل الموظفين كان غير مرحب بك وغير مبتسمين نحن انقوله سمايل وثاني شي اي طلب بفلوس مثل لحاف اظافي 20 درهم كل الفنادق مجاني والريوق مايتغير ابد ممل بيض عيون بس وتطلب امليت والباقي عيش وغيره اكلهم المكيف اخترب مال الشور خربان في غرفه 211 وبعيد عن شارع العرب والمولات يبعدون بسياره 50دقيقه عشان الزحمه

-: Cuando te fijas más allá de la apariencia, las cosas están bastante sucias y oxidadas como los botes metálicos de los baños, por ejemplo. Por el precio no vale la pena

+: Everything is bad!

-: Bad communication, pay cash deposit, lot of discussions, shuttle to airport is only for 6 people every hour! Food is terrible, all the guests are loud, rooms are noisy, no wather in room, and really bad people working there! Please take another airport hotel!

+: A great place to stay near the airport, with clean and comfortable rooms and a decent breakfast, although it can be hard to find a seat when it’s busy. The hotel is modern and lovely.

-: Other reviews mentioned this, so we were thankfully aware in advance - you must pay a THB 1000 deposit for the key on arrival, and in cash. This is ridiculous and hugely inconvenient for travellers who have just arrived in Thailand and don’t have cash yet, or are leaving Thailand and so have not kept spare cash. With a credit card upon booking, or given at the desk, this deposit is completely unnecessary and adds extra stress to your trip if you have to go find an ATM (and pay the huge THB 220 fee that all Thai ATMs charge, plus your home bank’s fees). Also, the shuttle service was overly expensive when many other hotels offer it for free. It’s cheaper to just get a Grab, and more convenient.
