+: This is truly a spot with character. Literally one of two rooms retrofitted into a traditional Sino-Portuguese-Phuket shophouse on the most characterful street in Phuket. Spacious, hint of elegance and great ac and internet. Central to many fabulous eating places and the entire Old Town. The lovely lady taking care of us was wonderful. Ice cream coupons for the great cafe below were a lovely bonus.

-: We were divided on the "outdoor" bathroom. I loved it and my partner did not. But we both would return in a minute. There is no TV, which did not bother us. Soi Romanee gets busy with overtourists when the busses arrive, but is blissful early morning and evening.

+: Wonderful rustic colonial accommodation, centrally located in The Old Town of Phuket.Suda kindly stayed to let us in on our late arrival.Highly recommend 2Rooms for a couple wanting to explore the rich vibe of this historical Quarter.The room is very clean and large with a comfy king sized bed. Private ensuitebathroom is separate, clean with new sink and toilet.Access to the apartment is up a steep staircase - would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues.Thanks for a great start to our holiday.

+: Fantastic location in the middle of Phuket Old Town yet quiet; very responsive and friendly staff (Fonn and Suda); free ice cream from the ice cream shop below.

-: Some mosquitoes; people with mobility problems will have problems with the stairs

+: This is seriously the best place to stay in Old Phuket Town. The location is amazing! Such a quaint street, sitting on the balcony watching the world go by, fresh mojito's from the little stand downstairs. The host Suda is equally amazing. So friendly & helpful.

+: Wunderschöne Ràume mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, mitten in old town. Wir haben uns zeitversetzt gefühlt. Die Hausdame war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das hauseigene Eis auf das wir eingeladen wurden war köstlich. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und könnten ein old town erleben vor den Touristen scharren und danach. Wir haben es dort geliebt.

+: The location was amazing. Right in the middle of the pedestrian street. The rooms were a delight and the staff was helpful and friendly. We loved staying here. The building is charming.

-: Getting out of the building after hours was a trick, but no real dramas. This was because the entry was through the shop downstairs, so we had to open and close the shop doors after shop hours. The only down side to the area was that there were no places to have breakfast other than coffee shops with pastries, and the hotel does not have breakfast inclusions.
