+: Property was very clean, staff very friendly, for the price you pay it was pretty good. For a budget hotel. We stayed in the main building not the bungalow huts which looked really nice.

-: Next to a busy road, not safe to walk, swimming pool needs to be fixed, apartments need fixing to. Airconditioning did not work, toilet could not flush. We moved to another appartement but no hot water in the shower. A group of Thai men rented an appartement next to us and had a party outside until 05.00. We've complained, but staff did nothing about this. Never back to this apartment.
