Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Aiya Residence & Sport Club 3* 2024-2025 Thailand, Bangkok

+: The location is close to a major rail line and a few 7-11s. It was also close to ICON SIAM which was a big plus. Overall, it was a quiet place.

-: The room came with friends (small cockroaches), wifi was free but hardly worked (people bundled around the lobby because it had the strongest signal. Room took a while to get cold.

+: It’s not so far from BTS and Wong Wian Yai district. Choices of restaurants, convenient stores in walking distance. Reception and Housekeeping are very polite and helpful.

-: The cleanliness could have been improved. Your neighbors can be loud sometimes.

+: I have stayed at this hotel so many times over the years and I keep coming back. My main reason for staying here is the pool and the gym and the good price and that they always give me privacy as well. There is also so much local food in the area and also now it is close to Icon Siam since that was built. Also It is a nice walk to the Chaopraya sky park.

-: The cleanliness has changed a lot since I was here the last time. It feels like they are no longer investing in the hotel. The bath room was actually very unclean and I have not experienced this before. I asked to have it cleaned extra carefully but still it was no change after cleaning. I am not going to go into details of the bathroom, you can imagine yourself. Unfortunately I would have to say the same about the rest of the room as well. It was very dissapointing. The opening hours for the gym has also changed, and they now only open from 11.00 which is a very inconvenient time if you like to exercise in the morning. I would have to say that I will probably give this old favorite hotel of mine another try, thanks to good old merits, but if nothing has changed by my next visit, I don't think I will be coming back.

-: Room was dated, same fittings as 25 years ago.Shame the coffee shoprestaurant has gone.Will look for a different place in the future.

-: J’ai voyagé 1 mois en Thaïlande en bougeant d’hôtel tout les 2 jours et cet hôtel a était ma pire expérience je ne le recommande pas, l’hôtesse d’accueil quand je suis arrivé était très hautaine et aigri je n’en connaîs pas la raison , la chambre était sale des cafards partout , traces fécales dans les toilettes car mal nettoyé, la vétusté des meubles . Je suis resté plusieurs fois à la porte de ma chambre car la batterie de la porte pour passer ma carte ne marchait , plus pendant 2j d’affiler quand j’ai dit le problème aux hôtesses même pas un mot d’excuse pour ce temps à attendre dans le couloir devant ma porte . Pourtant je ne suis pas quelqu’un de compliqué mais la il y avait beaucoup d’accumulations d’événements . À fuir !

+: The pool was nice. They did eventually admit their mistake and refund our “late check in” fee.

-: Big mix up with the front desk when we arrived exhausted at 5 AM, despite paying for the previous night, messaging ahead, and getting confirmation. Fought over the phone forever, eventually had to pay a big deposit just to get into the room, which they did eventually refund with their apologies. The room was musty, smelled like cigarettes, and was one of the worst we stayed in in Thailand.
