+: The location is good the rooms are clean

-: They have provided only one key and once we arrive to the hotel we need to insert the key to the electricity sensor to turn on the electricity in the room otherwise there will be no reach to electricity in the room. The staff who welcomed us at the girst day was un proffisional we were with our friend they they started shouting at us no the thired person is not allowed to stay in the room they have sent a guy with us to the room and staied with us until we left the room and he was keep asking us to pay for anew room

+: The room was nice and spacious for the price. I didn't use the pool, but it looked inviting. The location was quiet, which I appreciated, although it was a bit far from Bangla Road. There were so many convenient things nearby like 7-Eleven, street food, and lots of places to eat. Plus, grabbing a taxi or motorbike was easy.

-: The hotel's a bit of a walk from the beach, need a taxi or motorbike to get there. The bathroom requires maintenance as the rain shower leaked and sprayed everywhere. The breakfast smell was strong, even on the 5th floor. The mattress was quite firm, which might not suit everyone's preference, but the pillows were comfy.

+: Proche de la plage et des commerces de Patong Beach, personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner garni, piscine propre et peu fréquentée, chambre spacieuse et propre

-: Une infiltration d’eau dans le plafond qui gênerait une forte odeur de moisi dans notre chambre et la chambre attenante, nous obligeant à laisser les fenêtres ouvertes pour atténuer les odeurs
