+: Honestly everything was perfect, its a nice accommodation, nice area and a nice quite location , the view was absolutely fabulous and the staff are very welcoming and helpful.

-: After the booking was confirmed I received a message from the hotel saying that the electricity is paid separately, for 4 nights it was 800bhat which is not bad I just wish I was informed before proceeding with the booking? And they ask for a 5000 bhat deposit amount which was actually returned as is, but it would have been good to know before arriving there cause it would’ve difficult if I didn’t have that amount on me.

+: The apartment was very pricy compared to similar apartments i stayed in several times in the last ten years for no additional previllages except that it was on the ground floor by the swimming pool. additionally, they charged us highly for the electricity and we never saw the meter before and after. years back there was no additional charge for electricity. when i complained to the reception miss Jane became very angry and shouted at me aggresively. I think the management must look into this issue.

+: The property was refurbished quite well and it was extremely comfortable and clean

+: 作为一个公寓维护的还是不错的，以至于我母亲总以为这里是刚刚建设完毕的，确实随手拍一个照片就和宣传照一样，这个要点赞。整个Laguna度假村的shuttle也确实还挺方便的，一定程度上弥补了交通的不便。面朝高尔夫、组团自带泳池这些也都不错，房间里面收拾的也挺干净的。特别提出表扬是一位打扫房间的大姐，满面微笑的，动作利索也非常有礼貌，虽然不知姓名但给我留下了很好的印象。

-: 有一点可能是我之前误解了，以为住在这里所有Laguna的泳池都可以串着用，实际酒店方告诉我是不行的。当然海滩可以去吧，反正没有人会问你。但从这边去海滩还是有点远了我，为了有个好的度假体验优先还是住海滩那一侧的酒店为好。当然，公寓这边可以做饭，房间也会更大，有多卧室。另外，接待前台有个大姐态度不咋地，长得也丑，就退房后寄存个行李，让她叫个shuttle就拉个臭脸。相由心生这话我现在是信了。另外，电费2元人民币一度，房间都是中央空调，电费也是一笔，需要注意下。
