-: Pools are cold. No wifi our entire stay. Some problem outside but not fixed as communicated and no further update or compensation of a free drink even. Good not good for lunch.

+: The staff were so accommodating and helpful. They ensured we were looked after during our stay and made us feel welcome. The rooms were cleaned regularly and water replaced in the fridge and by sink everyday. The breakfast is really delicious and staff during breakfast were really good! We actually looked forward to going to breakfast everyday and didn’t miss a day :) the villas are on the beach which was really clean and quiet. Definitely would recommend staying here, you have a night scene and it’s a lot more quiet :)

+: Beautiful comfortable rooms with all the home comforts. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Best Pinacoladas we've had and the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Lamai.

+: Ubicación ideal pegado a la playa de Lamai Las habitaciones familiares son bastantes grandes, están pegadas a la playa y equipadas con una piscina bastante grande para ser privada de profundidad de 1.4m El baño esta equipado con dos duchas, una imitando estar al aire libre (techada pero deja pasar el sol), bañera enorme con 6 jets También hay una piscina comunitaria a pesar que todas las villas tienen piscina Hotel intimo con 16 villas individuales y 2 familiares
-: El sistema de desayunos consiste en elegir el día anterior el desayuno entre una gran variedad de opciones, pero cambiarmodificar ligeramente algo de las opciones es una tarea difícil por el escaso nivel de ingles de los trabajadores, a pesar que son muy voluntariosos. Ciertas partes del hotel piden una renovación El gimnasio está destartalado, casi ninguna maquina, aeróbica o de peso, es funcional.
