+: We liked everything.The room was big and spacious, everything was perfect.. I can recommend

-: The air conditioning was noisy during the night and The staff doesn’t speak English well, we had a problem with the order twice.

-: 5 star horror. Maybe 10 years ago this was luxury Thai style hotel, today it's just a shadow of it. Doesn't matter where you are looking, everything is old, damaged and dirt. Vibe is realy odd and upset. I just couldn't relax at all there. I had to change room twice as they are simply out of service, shouldn't be even offered to stay in. No lights on the private swemming pools "because of safety and insurance reasons" sounds already odd. Outside showers? Sounds WOW, but not in this hotel. They looks like someone took advantage to not clean them just because they are outside. Not even bothered to take old plasters left by previous guests. Pool area looks disgusting! Ponds around are diry and creepy. Massive cockroaches comming out from the toilet. There are 23 (!!!!) light switches scattered around the room but none even one master so before bed you are walking around to find out which is to which lamp...half of them to not even working. I would never spend there even 1 more night. I wish to be able to add more photos to make you aware about the condition of this place. Solution from the manager who got massive issues with communication was to find diffrent hotel...at 6pm after travelling from London to Bangkok and from Bangkok to Koh Samui...There are deffinitly much better hotels for better money on the Island.

+: Os funcionários super atenciosos e prestativos, a praia na frente do hotel ótima e sem pedras, próximo a vários restaurantes. O hotel é bem “temático” budista, cheio de adornos td mto bonito bem diferente da estética sempre igual dos hotéis de rede.

+: From the first day the staff was very nice and welcoming. They made our stay even more special because they kept interacting with us and were always helpful. The breakfast was great with fresh juices and fruits - you have several options from which you can choose beforehand for the next day. This approach is more relaxing than having a buffet breakfast. The restaurant is also very good - the Pad Thai was especially tasty - although it could have even more Thai food in my opinion, instead of the western cuisine.
