+: Some of the staff were extended nice and accommodating
-: The finishings of the hotel were extremely poor especially for a deluxe room I was so excited to get this upgrade from booking.com but the finishing were disappointing. I was so upset with the room and went to go to hopefully change it to the rooms I saw in the pictures but the manager Joy was so rude, made me feel like I was being a nuisance and made me feel like I was walking on egg shells. Extremely unapproachable.Didn’t feel comfortable going to the front desk or asking for anything so my first experience was just terrible. But it didn’t get better. The hotel front reception is an open area so people can come in and out. Surprisingly there are no cctv in the elevator which is extremely dangerous, especially for vulnerable women.Unfortunately I was inappropriately touched by one of the guest of the hotel in the lift and when I came downstairs to report it and asked if there were any cctv in the lift I was told there isn’t any and I should wait for the manager in the morning. The was so sense of urgency or any care for my safety. In all the hotels I was been to especially in Thailand this was the one I felt the most unsafe in. The front desk staff were extremely dismissive, made me feel like a burden and overall my holiday was ruined as I felt unhappy and unsafe.Please avoid this hotel if you can, they claim to be 4* but there’s really nothing 4* about the hotel they only get you with the reception pictures Also please have cctv in your elevator because that’s so dangerous
