+: Great place - huge - clean and well up kept. Located near to a 7-11 and hotel is responsive with transfers. The housekeeping was timely and all the linen and bedsheets and towels were changed everyday. Requests for additional water and adapters were met promptly.

-: There could have been an option for a simple breakfast to be served at the villa - instead of the entire family of 7 needing to travel all the way to the main hotel for breakfast.

+: Breakfast is superb and staffs are great as per 5 stars standard. I firstly wasn't happy with the room and they immediately tried to solve it. Even though I had to squeeze 6 adults in a 2 bedroom but the room was much nicer. Special thanks to Si and View for all assistance.

-: The location is super far from the main resort. I called in advance for a pick up, but it was 30 mins late. Facilities in the villa are just a bit luxury only and very old. TVs were old normal flat TV with Russian language. The description of the villa included washing machine but it turned out you got none and I was told I needed to pre-request. Anyway, later you got the top loaded old Samsung one. No clothes dryer. All plugs weren't universal. It felt like you lived in a long term rental VILLAGE.
