+: I liked the location, the atmosphere of the pub, food and the service.

-: I didn't really like the room because they weren't clean enough and they had old furniture with noisy and not so efficient air conditioning.

+: Location is good, 10 minutes walk to the nice beach, far enough from the main streets, most of our 19 nights stay wasn't noisy. Angus O'Tools bar stuff was very nice.

-: Our room's floor wasn't clean(sand, dust, filthy) in time of our checking in, and overall floor cleaning wasn't good enough. Internet speed was bad. No napkins (toilet paper roll in coffee area), one soap bar was given for our 19 nights stay. We've requested, upfront, a room on the first floor, it was promised, but never realized by hotel stuff. Dispute the fact, that many rooms were becoming vacant there during our stay.

+: Sehr gute preis leistung verhältnis. Freundliche Personal. Zauber. Gute Lage, sehr nah zum Karon Beach was meine meinung nach eine der beste in Phuket ist. Das gegend ist nicht so langweilig oder nicht so Laut, war perfekt für mich.

-: Lärmisolierung ist nicht so gut. Man hört jede schritt von Korridor. Aber für dieses Preis passt es.
