+: We had a nice view of the ocean

-: The staff weren’t very helpful. We were sick with food poisoning and tried to get them to help us get some medicine from the pharmacy and they wouldn’t. They wouldn’t bring us more toilet paper either, we had to ask a few times and they wanted us to wait until the morning to ask again. It was only around 78pm so it wasn’t a middle of the night call. The tiles in the villa were very slippery coming out of the shower. The pathway between the villa and other bits of the resort were also very slippery especially when wet and we visited during rainy season. We went for a massage at the on site spa, this was possibly the most uncomfortable and painful massage experience me and my friend had ever had. I had a back massage and she used so much oil I was drenched. No clothes provided as we have had in other places we have been to. I was just told to undress in the middle of the small room. The room smelt damp and musky and at points the massage was painful enough we each just wanted to say stop but just hoped it would end soon. We were surprised there was no damage done given how much pressure was put on things like necks.

+: Die Anlage ist ein Paradies im grünen und singenden Vögelchen, eifach toll. Sehr sauber. Du bist immer gut versorgt mit Wasserflaschen und Seife. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Ausblick im Restaurant ist einfach bezaubernd, ein Blick aufs Meer. Nur baden im Meer kann man leider nicht, der Strand ist sehr flach und leider nicht sauber. Sonst zum Abschalten eifach perfekt.

+: Je ne suis jamais déçu de mon passage dans cet hôtel. C est mon coin de paradis, je m y sens comme à la maison . Le personnel au top 👍🏻

+: The unit we stayed in was spacious and quite nice, offering a lovely view as it’s right next to the ocean. A decent pool was conveniently located just across from the unit.

-: The breakfast was just average. Unfortunately, the staff service was below average. Although it’s listed as a 4-star property on Booking.com, it’s more accurately a 3-star experience. While the hotel is right next to the beach, it’s not a swimmable one, and the surrounding area feels more industrial than tourist-friendly. Coming from a true 4-star hotel in Kata Beach, this stay was quite a disappointment.
