+: 地理位置处于曼谷市中心，BTS站就在旁边，停车场有充足车位，满足多种出行要求，非常棒！

-: 马路上摩托的噪音还是会传入屋内，屋内的空调声音也是较大，需要改进。

+: Die Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet.

-: Da alle Fenster aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht aufgemacht werden können, ist die Belüftungsmöglichkeit etwas schlecht und es riecht in einem Badezimmer oft nach Schimmer. Und aus irgendeinem Grund riecht es in diesem Bad auch sehr stark nach Urin trotz putzen... Evtl liegt alles an der schlechten Belüftung.

+: Good location away from the congested shopping district, which means it is easier to call for a cab.

-: Living room air con was leaking when it was raining at night. Didn't bother us as it was above the sink in the living room. Other than that no complains.

+: The staff is excellent. The ambience of the place is very nice. The entrance to the StLouis Skytrain station is 100m away. The room is nicely decorated, could use a small refresh, but does feel like a home with everything you need. The pool is nice, the restaurant is ok.

-: The bed was too hard -- a common issue for me in Thailand as I'm quite tall and sleep on my side. The staff provided a "topper" (basically a thick blanket) to alleviate the issue somewhat. A good night rest should be the primary concern of the place and it unfortunately feels like they (and many others) are cutting corners here. The only other issue I had was that the bedroom was located on the corner overlooking to Sathorn road, which can be quite noisy, even on the 7th floor.

-: Non volevo scrivere questa recensione ma lo faccio per mettere l’attenti gli altri visitatori, l’hotel è bello e situato comodamente vicino ad una fermata della BTS, non c’è niente da dire, ben organizzato e non manca nulla, il problema è sorto quando una sera ho chiesto alla reception un driver per una gita fuori porta, il mercato galleggiante di Amphawa e il mercato con il treno di Maeklong, siccome viaggiavo con moglie e figli, ho preferito avere a disposizione, anche pagando di più, un driver dell’hotel in alternativa al solito Grab, giusto per non avere inconvenienti per il ritorno a Bangkok e per avere una sicurezza in più con un collaboratore dell’hotel, alla mia richiesta la ragazza alla reception ha contattato l’autista, 2500thb per una giornata di 10 ore nella quale avrei potuto farmi portare a visitare i posti da me richiesti o varie ed eventuali, ho accettato la proposta e il giorno dopo ci siamo diretti verso la meta prestabilita, in auto l’autista non faceva altro che propormi altre mete turistiche, tirando fuori di volta in volta volantini e pannelli pubblicitari vari, ho declinato gentilmente tutte le sue proposte, ho dunque chiesto di andare prima al mercato di Maeklong, dato che il treno passava alle 11:30 e successivamente al mercato di Amphawa per il pranzo con il rientro nel tardo pomeriggio, dopo un paio d’ore di strada però, mi accorgo che non era il posto da me richiesto, era un piccolo molo con delle barche gestite (come lui stesso dichiara) da un suo amico e che avrei dovuto fare un giro sulla sua barca, al mio rifiuto ha iniziato ad insistere ripetutamente anche facendosi aiutare da google translate, voleva assolutamente che facessi un giro sulla barca, al mio ennesimo rifiuto e intenzione di voler andare a Maeklong, ha cambiato totalmente espressione, da persona gentile è diventato ad un tratto aggressivo, tanto che i miei figli si sono spaventati, l’autista era arrabbiatissimo ma alla fine ci ha portato lo stesso a Maeklong, ancora...
