Only 8 minutes' walk from Patong Beach, The ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa enjoys rooftop swimming pool with sundecks and free WiFi. The hotel provides free shuttle to Patong Beach, Jungceylon Shopping Mall and Bangla Road.
Elegant rooms all come with a private balcony and modern furnishings. All have a 32-inch flat-screen TV, mini-bar and personal safe.

+: I had a mobility problem prior to arrival but the staff took it all in their stride. No problem was too small or large. On our last day, our travel to the Airport was not until 4pm, without any fuss, our checkout was approved until 4. The young lady handling our chyeck out was rostered to finish at 4 but she stayed on until our transport was sorted and we were on our way (5.40). Now trhat was customer service taken to another level

-: They won’t believe the customer .. for the spoon they charged 100 batts they should check with house keeping guys with our asking that they were charged.

-: Booking te gördüğüm fotograflar ile bize verdikleri odanın alakası yok. İnanılmaz pisti. Oda temizliği yapmaya diye girip sadece havlu değiştirip çıkıyorlardı, inanılmaz gerçekten. Merkeze ve hareketli olan kısma uzaklığı 1.5 km civarıydı. Kahvaltı çeşitleri çok yetersizdi. Çalışanların kabalığına gelmek istiyorum şimdi. Resepsiyonda çalışan kişilere bizim rezervasyon yaptıgımız oda bu değildi görsellerdeki odayı istiyoruz dediğimizde dalga geçer gibi elimizde bu var isterseniz kalmayın dediler ve saat gece yarısını geçmişti. O saatte otel oda bulamayacağımız için. En garip olan ve hayatımda asla bir daha yaşayamayacağımı düşündüğüm şeyi yazıyorum. Aklıma geldikçe sinirden gülüyorum. Bir gün odaya geldiğimizde verilen oda kartı odayı açmadı. Ne dediler biliyor musunuz. 4 gece rezervasyonumuz var ama biz girer girmez 3 günlük ücret ödedik 1 günü sonra vereceğimizi söyledik. Bizim 2. Gece otele geldiğimizde kartımızı kapatmışlardı😂😂 neden o 1 günü ödemediğimiz için eşyalarımız valizlerimiz içeride olmasına rağmen ve biz hiç aranmadan yani bir nevi eşyalarımızı da gasp ederek odaya girişimizi iptal etmişler düşünebiliyor musunuz 😂😂hem 2. Günümüz zaten 3 günlük ücret ödenmiş, hem de benim eşyalarımın oldugu bir odayı benim eşyalarını gasp ederek nasıl kartımı iptal edebilirsiniz?? Resepsiyona sordugumuzda yine dalga geçer gibi bir cevap aldık, sakın bu otelin önünden bile geçmeyin. Çok saygısızlar temizlik berbat merkeze oldukça uzak ve kahvaltısı da yetersiz. Biraz daha fazla ücret ödeyin ve asla bu otelde kalmayın. Eşyalarımızı gasp edip özür dilemek yerine bunu yapmayı kendilerinde hak gördüklerini söylediler. Berbat ötesi bir otel
