-: My son had bed bugs in his bed and was very sick for the rest of the trip and all the safe did was gave us a fruit platter to say sorry . No good enough.

+: The staff at this hotel are extremely efficient and friendly. All my requests were handled quickly and with a smile. The hotel is very close to Don Muang Airport and is perfect for a late arrival or early departure. I was pleasantly

-: Although the hotel is very clean from top to bottom, the furnishings, decor and carpeting need updating to modernize the overall look of the rooms.

-: Wi-Fi was terrible, meaning nonexistent. If you need Wi-Fi for any reason (who doesn’t) this is not the place for you.

-: Wi-Fi is almost nonexistent. If it does come on, which is rarely, the download speed is very low. I could not do any work because of this issue. Made several complaints and the only response I would get was that they would send someone to check on it which never happened. If you need Wi-Fi for any reason, don’t come here. I kept using up and refilling my cell phone data with Airalo because I could only use my phone for to get online which for very expensive. Heed this warning.

+: Convenient for Don Muang Airport and sits atop a shopping plaza. Great night market at front of hotel complex. Staff are excellent and very friendly. Good gym and lovely pool.

-: If you get a room without a balcony the room can feel a little claustrophobic. The hotel is getting a little old looking but it’s still very clean and comfortable for a short stay.
