+: The location was easy to get to. The beds were comfortable.

-: The toilets in the room was not well maintained. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The breakfast was simple but there were cockroaches walking on the buffet table

-: Everything was fine, but tip I left for girl who sorted room out every day, not sure she got it.Room checked before I left by guy at desk. Not chambermaid.In future I'll give the girl the tip the day before I leave.

+: The location is perfect, the staff were friendly. It’s a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. The bed was very comfortable and the room was big. The laundry was cheap to only 50 baht per KG and was done within a few hours. It looked like lots of choices for the buffet breakfast (although I didn’t try it so can’t say if it was good) the food from the restaurant for dinner was tasty.

-: Definitely needs a good amount of renovation, which I think they are currently doing during the low season as there was a lot of construction noise and banging from 8am onwards. I went to reception and there were guests complaining the hotel was not up to the standards they expected from the photos which I would agree with but I didn’t feel the need to complain because the nightly rate was cheap- as I’ve said you get what you pay for. The shower was luke warm.
