+: Sehr sauber! Nettes Personal 😀

-: Leider waren die Betten sehr hart. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in Richting Berge - leider war es am Abend sehr laut (aufgrund irgentwelchen Tieren im Wald). Auch das PersonalGäste war ziemlich laut am Gang)!

+: Everything! We loved the food, it was tasty and very good. Nice people and great service. We enjoyed staying here and this is one of the best hotels we stayed at.The pool is clean and the rooms as well, we celebrated a birthday and there was a cake waiting for us and they even upgraded us to a bigger and better room for no additional charge. We will 100% come back to this hotel! :)

+: Excelente hotel, pela comodidades, restaurantes, piscina, mas acima de tudo o que faz a diferença, são as pessoas. Sentimo-nos muito bem recebidos, serviço 5 estrelas. Um obrigada especial à Sindee, pela sua disponibilidade ajuda e simpatia. Excelente spa, quer na parte das massagens, quer na parte da manicure. O pequeno almoço tem uma variedade incrível. As opções no restaurante também eram excelentes.

-: 浴室去水位淤塞，浴缸及企缸同時去水時造成浴室水浸。淋浴水溫不夠熱。枕頭有臭味。升降機又細又慢。
