Located in Mae Rim Valley, Suansawan Resort Chiang Mai is a 40-minute drive from downtown Chiang Mai and the Night Bazaar. It offers rooms with private terraces and views of the mountains.

+: Staff were very much helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Cleaning staff were good.

-: I can say I wasn’t satisfied very much with cleaning as some insects were on the floor inside the room that requires pest control.

-: ไม่รู้มาก่อนว่าเป็นบ้านพักคนชรา พักรวมกับคนชราที่ต้องมีพยาบาลดูแลเต็มไปหมด จนคิดว่าอยู่ในโรงพยาบาล อาหารเช้าเหมือนทำให้คนป่วยกิน จืดชืดมาก และมีให้เลือกน้อยมาก ห้องก็เปิดยากและค่อนข้างเหม็นอับ

-: The aircon was old and noisy. The food was not very good and the restaurant outdated. Massages were only for long stay guests due to COVID. Big letdown as this was not stated before booking.
