+: 朝食が良かったです。レセプションのMJがとても親切で、お部屋をプールビューにアップグレードしてくれました。ビーチの目の前で、アクセスもよかったです。

-: お部屋の冷房を26度くらいにすると湿気を感じ床が結露しました。24℃くらいにすると結露はなくなりますが、キンキンに冷えてしまい、調節が難しかったです。

+: Overall the hotel was very comfortable. The rooms were large with good quality air conditioning. Floors were non slip tiles. Beds were firm but not too hard. Many staff were very lovely. The breakfast staff were gorgeous, especially Cat, who made us feel welcome every day. The location is excellent. The onsite partner travel agents were very helpful, even for general advice and questions. There was a lovely breeze coming through the hotel from the ocean. The pool area was large and comfortable. There were washing and drying facilities for clothes at a small cost. The hotel restaurant made very high quality pizza!

-: Unforunately the hotel was let down by 2 factors. -A small handful of reception staff were quite rude and inhospitable. This tainted an otherwise good hotel experience. -Most guests were heavy smokers of tobacco and cannabis. We were not able to enjoy our balcony for this reason. Late at night some guests were very very loud and bringing home young women. We know this happens in Thailand but we were hoping a more expensive hotel with a good reputation would have security observing that this did not occur.
