+: it's the highest building in Thailand you can see all bangkok from the room if you take a high floor , the breakfast is great , and there a stuff who helps near the elevator etc
-: the bed is on wheels so it moves and it's not comfortable, the breakfast is until 10 am it should be for more time

+: Wenn man auf der Straße steht, erwartet man nicht, so ein tolles Hotel vor zu finden. Die Lobby befindet sich im 18. Stockwerk, die Frühstücksräume im 78. und 81. Stockwerk – das ist ja schon mal ein Traum (wenn man die Höhe mag). Absolut freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Guter Service in allen Dingen, die ich erlebt habe.
-: Stickige Luft in den Aufzügen, die man regelmäßig benutzen muss. Von den meisten Zimmern gibt es keinen direkten Link zum Frühstücksraum, man muss erst in die Lobby (18. Stock) fahren, um dann mit einem anderen Aufzug in den 78.81. Stock zu gelangen. Auf die Dauer etwas nervig.

+: We loved everything about the hotel. The spacious rooms , the stunning views , the courteous staff , the sumptuous breakfast and the drop-dead-gorgeous view from the 360 deg rotating tower at the top most floor (psst..it is free for hotel guests) and is a must visit.We even tried their Sky Spa on our final day and what a glorious massage it was and it truly felt like we were floating above the clouds during it We went as a group of cousins and the hotel was kind enough to give us all our rooms on the same floor. The location is excellent. We took the airport rail and then walked to the hotel. There are night shopping markets right at the doorstep and several restaurants nearby
-: A small request for the hotel to provide car rental options for the guests. It would have been very helpful as we were a big group and wasted a fair bit of time hailing cabs.
