+: - location is excellent for us, like BigC, Central World and many other popular places. easy to use BTS, Bus, and Jetty too. - we can choose many money changers too. - breakfast is not bad. - the room is worth the price
-: even we sent an email to the hotel for our booking confirmation, they didn't answer any. If possible, we would like an email stating that they used it or line number. pre-payment also we would prefer sometime.
