Just across the road from Central Pattaya’s beach, Basaya Beach Hotel & Resort is within 5 minutes’ walk from Pattaya’s various attractions. It features a 23 m outdoor pool and free WiFi in all rooms. Staff are able to converse in English, Thai and Chinese.
The air-conditioned rooms offer pool, city or sea views. They include a cable TV, sitting area and vanity/work space, as well as a safety deposit box and a mini-bar. The attached bathroom provides shower facilities.

+: Although dated it is a lovely big resort. Upgrade to the king room as they are on the ground floor and have been updated.

+: The only thing I like about this property was the luggage person (bellman) and breakfast, bellman are all super nice and polite. Breakfast was very good as well and lot of options.
-: Everything else, the whole property was super old and outdated. Room was not as clean, water pressure in the room was so low. They also only give you one pillow per bed. And if you request extra, there will be a charge. We book 4 rooms and we got two free pillow for one room and when we try to request more for other rooms, they try to charge, and their reason was because our group got the pillow already not they have to charge. Very disappointing with the service. We would never come back here again.
