+: Location is very central in Patong, walk everywhere, 7 min walk to the beach, plenty of services around.

-: Very small gym, some of the equipment was missing, machine broken, but still was functional. Small in size, so even with 4 people seems crowded. No sauna or steam room. In the room the refrigerator was too small for a 28 days of staying.

+: We stayed in the Penthouse and loved having our own private pool. The staff are amazing, breakfast and all meals were delicious. This was our second time staying here and we will defiantly be back.

-: There was nothing to dislike. Our 2 week stay was amazing.

-: Dirty, windows overpainted from outside. It is not refurbished, as was stated. Floor, table scratched, doors not closing properly. We been ill, so staff did not allowed to take some fruits from breakfast. Asked to change the bed linen, but they just tidy up. It was my birthday, but hotel hasn’t even say happy birthday. Pool - be careful, as the stairs poorly fitted, the tiles cracked, mouldy…

+: Location for new years

-: Rooms not matching photos,furniture outdated, minimal water pressure for showering and rooms have paper thin walls

+: Everything staff are very helpful

-: The city view room is to busy and to load

-: Rien à dire concernant l’hôtel en lui même…En revanche je vous déconseille de louer votre scooter ou prendre une excursion à la personne en place à l’hôtel (côté piscine) bien trop chère vous prend votre passeport et va vous faire payer un supplément pour des rayures inexistantes attention !!!
