+: Good pool, pleasant room with complimentary coffee and tea, plus shower gel, shampoo and soap. TV worked fine and beds were comfortable.
-: I booked seven months prior to our stayand made sure to book a Superior Room which should have been spacious. We arrived late at night and were shown to a Standard room (which is how it was described to us as we were taken to the room). We found a small room which, although it was fine, was half the size of the room I had booked.I went to Reception to explain the error and was told that they had undergone a re-structuring and had changed the room descriptions. I showed the Receptionist my booking, on my phone, but he continued to explain that room descriptions had been changed. This was blatantly wrong. We were only due to stay three nights, so I didn't push it.At the end of our stay, I was asked if everything had been OK and I explained why it hadn't been OK. The Receptionist was shocked, but offered no apology.The hotel itself is great. We booked it, as we had stayed 2 years previously and knew it to be good.
