+: Loved the location right on Bang Tao BeachMany restraunts along the beach and night clubs. Close to Laguna top end shopping and boat avenue Friday night markets.Shuttle bus available to Patong at a cost.Much quieter and lay back than the hustle bustle of Patong.Great for couples and families.

+: The pool was properly maintained and very good proximity to the beach and to the rooms. Breakfast has a wide range of selection with western and local choices. The staff were also very friendly and approachable. On top of that, we were also given a free upgrade to a 2 attached rooms with sea view which made our stay even more special.

-: There was no access to elevator which is quite a challenge if you have big luggage and assigned a room on the 4th floor. But the staff were always ready to give assistance upon check in and check out.
