+: ห้องพักสะอาดเตียงนอนนุ่ม พี่พนักงานดุแลดีมาก พี่นีน่ากับน้องแป้ง อำนวยความสะดวกให้หลายๆอย่างแล้วจะกลับไปซ้ำแน่นอนค่ะ

-: ไม่โอเคกับการแยกชั้นทานอาหารเช้า ทั้งที่จ่ายตังเพิ่มอาหารเช้าไป แต่ทางโรงแรมแบ่งแยกชั้นทานอาหาร สำหรับห้องที่แพง และถูก ควรแจ้งในระบบให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจด้วย ว่ามีโซนรับประทานอาหาร 2 ราคา
