+: Instalaciones muy buenas, bastante limpio y bien ubicado!

+: We asked for a room with a view and we got one. Nice balcony with the mountain view, monkeys came to visit. Huge roomGreat breakfast

-: The location is close to the pier but not on a beautiful beach you need to woke abt 10 minutes

+: Beautiful room, interior and exterior. Spacious and clean. Friendly staff, daily cleaning.

+: Wij kwamen om 23.00 aan, dan is het donker. Er was geen eten meer mogelijk. Terwijl er in de buurt (zichtbaar) geen enkel restaurant open was er werd ons ook geen optie aangeboden. Terwijl wij zelfs geen lunch hadden gehad in het vliegtuig. Ontbijt is zeer summier. Alleen wat jam en simpele toast en eieren. Wel fruit en Aziatische opties. Tip: ga ergens anders ontbijten en neem eten mee als je laat aankomt. Niemand die je op weg helpt. Later (bij daglicht) kom je erachter dat er achter kant van het hotel een leuke straat loopt naar Railay beach met allemaal eettentjes… dus is er wel wat … maar wij zijn ontvangen zo van : succes, wij willen naar huis en zoek het maar uit tot morgen !

-: Zie bovenstaande. Personeel bij beach bar heel aardig en klantvriendelijk. Free, toppertje en sprak goed Engels. De rest van het personeel ; heel lief maar alleen maar lachen en slecht in Engels en communiceren.

+: All went well abd we had a great time as we wanted

+: The resort aesthetically looks pleasing from the outside. Room were of generous size.

-: This would be the first bad review I have ever written and I really don’t understand if the other reviews were genuine. Rooms were not cleaned well, the big bathtub outside stank of urine and wasn’t cleaned . The TV doesn’t work. The white towels were grey and had dark stains on it. I asked for a change of towel , they cleaner wasn’t too happy but after a few tries she brought me white towels. I asked for complimentary late checkout for one room , however upon checking on the day of checkout they told me I had to pay for late checkout. They eventually let me have the late checkout but wasted a lot of time on it as staff did not understand English well. I went to the reception to ask them to fix the TV on the first day but no one came. On the last day I popped out to the shops and return to collect my belongings only to realise my ring and necklace have gone missing. I looked around the hotel room but could not find it. Upon returning home , I searched my entire suitcase for it (just incase) but could not find it. I wrote in to the manager to explaining my concerns for the cleaniness and the missing items. For the cleaniness and TV that does t work he unfortunately did not take any responsibility for that. For the missing items , he said he did some investigation which I’m grateful for but apparently it’s my fault if I don’t keep my belongings in the safe. I was a little speechless . Unfortunately this has really put me off visiting places like this again.

+: The hotel breakfast was cracking, as was the swim up bar in the swimming pool. Great happy hour offers and was even treated to a free drink after a monkey spoiled my daiquiri!!! Cheeky scamp!
