+: The room was very good value for money.

-: Unfortunately we did not receive a warm welcome from the staff. When we arrived to check in we were confused to find no one in the reception. We waited for around 20 mins before I decided to send a message to say we were there and they arrived shortly after. We came and went several times and most of the time the reception was unattended. We desperately needed laundry done and booking.com says this hostel has laundry facilities. When we enquired we were simply recommended places in the area. This place has great reviews and staff are even complimented specifically so it is possible that they were having an off day!
