+: The property is in a great location, just a 1 minute walk from Tiger Muay Thai and the various training camps on “fitness street”. The property also has a nice pool area.
-: Incredibly dated, very badly in need of a refurbishment, the rooms were never cleaned properly, the bathrooms look like they’d never been clean, there was an ant infestation which resulted in ants crawling on me in the night, when I was using the toilet, in the shower, despite telling the staff of this problem, nothing was done. The room felt very dark and dingy. The bathroom was awfully dirty and staff never cleaned properly. Cups were never cleaned. It’s usual in this area for water to be left daily, they often completely forgot. Some days the staff completely forgot to clean, and when they did it was often late in the day after 2pm when I was trying to use the room. The WiFi did not work whatsoever, which made working remotely impossible so I had to connect to my phone.

+: Basic but okay amenities
-: Staff tried to overcharge me for an extra 4 nights when I paid at the start, but due to their lack of receipt keeping, they tried to charge me again and claim it was me who didn’t pay.Rude and confrontational when showing proof of payment from my bank.
