+: Dusche und Schlafkomfort waren sehr gut. Rezeptionistin wurde nach Startschwierigkeiten immer netter. Gratistransport vom Hotel zu umliegenden Stränden war auch super. Musste aber immer wieder vorab individuell über Rezeption vereinbart werden - Nachteil: Fixe Rahmenzeiten (zb. Rückkehr musste Nachmittags bereits per 4 pm erfolgen und Montags gibt's keinen Fahrer)
-: Automatische Klimaanlage war laut. Konnte man über die Nacht nicht durchlaufen lassen! Hotel war nicht in der Lage einen Zimmerwechsel zu organisieren (Grund: Buchungslagekeine Zimmer frei...) Anreise am Sonntag nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen (Check_in). Auffahrt zum Hotel etwas versteckt, eng und meistens verstellt, sodass hochfahren meistens nur mit Zweirädern möglich.

+: The room was so clean and neat , the view to the pool was amazing The hospitality from the reception was so welcomingAnd the hotel stuff they were helpful for all of our needs Definitely I will stay there again when I’m back to Phket
-: The property was a little bit far from patong beach Taxis are not always available from Grab applicationso you can’t order food or a car
