+: Great expirience, staff and very nice location!

+: It was cheap, easy to walk to shops and restaurants and it was very quiet. ( except for construction)

-: The briza was under construction, and construction next door as well.The gym had 1 set of hand weights. Get what you pay for.

+: Lots of things to do inside. Facalities are great, great breakfast options and rooms are very tidy and they do a great job of taking care ofnthe guests

-: Its got great features inside but the location is not the main khao lak beach or the surfing spots. For that you have to go 45 mins.

-: The gym is old and broken. The hotel was having a lot of structural works done during the stay and didnt tell us in advance. The shop was never open

+: Clean, beachside accommodation with beautiful staff.Breakfast spread was lovely.Super comfie beds.

+: บริการดีทุกอย่างเลยค่ะ ตั้งแต่จอดรถมีลุง รปภ. มาโบกรถให้ พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดีมาก มีน้ำมาเสริฟให้ตอนเช็คอิน อัพเกรดห้องให้ราคาเท่าเดิม มีพนักงานช่วยถือกระเป๋าพาไปที่ห้อง อาหารเช้าเป็นบุฟเฟ่ต์เริ่มตั้งแต่ 6:30-11:00 น. มีสระน้ำอยู่ตรงกลางโรงแรม พนักงานบริการดีมากทุกคนเลย ประทับใจมากค่ะ

+: Beach and pool great. We stayed 10 mt to sea and beach wing room. I love massage station near the beach. So cheap and relax with wave sounds . I llked rooms . Pool bar and snacks are so cheap. Don’t need to go outside

-: Anlage müsste dringend renoviert werden.Frühstück ist wenig auf Europäer abgestimmt.
