+: ayant loué une chambre avec bassin privé ce fut top!chambre grande et spatieuse bonne connection personnel tres sympa du gardien de parking aux filles du bar de la plage en passant par les jardiniers et les femmes de menage plage et bar de la plage a 50metres de ma chambre. les jardins sont magnifiques

-: pour dire un truc il manque une armoire pour le rangement

-: La literie était tachée (couette et matelas) nous avons donc fait une demande pour tout remplacer et à faire quotidiennement ce qui a été fait. Le petit déjeuner pas varié pas de choix dans les fruits, les viennoiseries certaines trouver avec de la moisissure très déçu pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, la partie plage très vétuste et salle! Ça donne vraiment pas envie !

-: L entretien des locaux est très moyen et loin du 5 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner très moyen. Pas de pancake et crepes le week-end on ne sait pas pourquoi..Prevoir des brises vue entre les villas car trop de vis à vis.Attention aux literies différents selon les chambres.Avons entendu de la musique sur plusieurs nuit jusqu’à 6h du matin liées à des soirées sur des beach clubs voisins

+: The view is awesome, the room was comfortable and breakfast fresh and nice.

-: The building is old and needs little maintenance. The beach right in front of the hotel isn’t the best but if you walk for 1km you’ll find the best beach in Koh Samui in my opinion.
