+: Great location on a quiet road 50M from the main road. Rooms big and clean AC works well. Really enjoyed staying there and would definitely recommend and stay again.

-: La gente de marrakech, Pakistán… deberían de cuidar y respetar a la hora de meterse a la piscina con todo ropa.. mucha gente no le hace gracia y deja sucio el agua.. losiento pero es así. Lo demás genial tranquilo el sitio

+: Está bien ubicado, y la cama era muy cómoda.

-: Para empezar nos dieron una habitación con terraza y el cerrojo de la terraza estaba roto fácilmente esto hacía que se pudiera entrar desde fuera a la habitación fácilmente. Solicitamos un cambio de habitación, sin embargo en la siguiente pasaba lo mismo y además el inodoro perdía agua por todo el baño estando encharcado. Nos cambiaron a una tercera habitación, en la cual la terraza cerraba un poco mejor pero teníamos una puerta que comunicaba con la otra habitación que estaba abierta, por lo que también podían entrar a nuestra habitación. El personal dejó mucho que desear en el trato. El alojamiento en general se ve sucio con malas instalaciones deteriorado y sin mantenimiento. La piscina cerraba a las siete de la tarde por lo que era casi imposible utilizarla. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y las ventanas tenían cortinas pero entraba toda la luz por los laterales. El frigorífico era una pequeña nevera que apenas enfriaba y generaba mucho hielo y no se podía utilizar. La habitación tenía mucha suciedad en los armarios y estanterías con mucho polvo.
