+: Convenient to BKK airport, with a shuttle bus. Breakfast had a good selection. The room was comfortable and clean. No issue for the one night layover we had.

-: We only stayed for one night and because of our transit the next morning we did not have any cash Thai money on us. The man that helped us to our room apparently was expecting to get tipped. Something I would normally do but could not this time. He acted very unfriendly.

-: There were no black teabags (Liptons) available in the room. Only camomile and peppermint were provided
