-: The hotel looks big and grand from outside. But the rooms we got were old, not maintained well enough. I booked two rooms, but water was not hot at all. I had complained about it at the reception, but water was always the same. Both room refrigerators were old. There are two sides in the building. One renovated one, and the other not. My friend also had booked the same hotel and same type of rooms as mine. His rooms were better and things were pretty new and clean. Even the water in his rooms was hot. Unfortunately I got the rooms on the old side of the building which was mediocre. I requested the staff to shift us to the renovated side, but they said they are all full. The photos on the booking.com are of the renovated rooms, but not the rooms we got.

-: We don't like bad noises in other rooms and you hear people talking outside We can't sleep properly because you heard walking on the ceiling so a horrible experience on our last day in a hotel.
