+: Before making this booking, I read the negative reviews and I was turned off. But at the end I decided to go for it. And I am glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews cause they were all wrong. The place is very nice. I loved how it is very close to the Main Streetrestaurants and shops. You can walk or take a tuktuk. I loved that I had my own private swimming pool in my room that I picked. Rooms are spacious and nice. Staff were friendly and polite. Maybe the negative reviews about the staff was just an exception but for sure not the norm. I loved the breakfast buffet. A lot of negative reviews were about the breakfast. I don’t know what more would people want from a breakfast. It had actually not only breakfast options but also full lunch options. And the plates were filled quickly. I was there in September. So maybe during high season when there are lots of people, it gets super busy and slower service. I am not sure. But for me breakfast was perfect. I loved the spa options and their cheap prices. I loved the slides in the swimming pool for the kids and the kid club that my son enjoyed. I made many in room dining orders and they were great too.

-: When it rains, the hallways get wet and slippery but one just has to be careful. It is a minor detail. I wish they had Halal food in their menu. I can’t think of anything else I didn’t like about this hotel.

+: Hotel is in an excellent location on the beach and in the middle of town. As a couple we appreciated that there was a fantastic kid friendly pool, which meant as a couple we could enjoy the other pool close to the beach that had very few small children.

-: It was hard to get a sun lounge on the beach. We noticed a lot of people would put their towel, etc, on the beach lounges and then go to the pool lounges, tying up two lounges, and not come back to the beach lounges until hours later. Very unfair, and disrespectful to other guests.

+: החדר שלנו היה גדול ומרווח המקלחת גדולה ומרווחת , ליום הנישואין פינוקו בקישוט המיטה ועוגה, הבריכה נקיה ומסודרת , השירות אדיב וחייכני, המכון כושר קטן ונחמד, האוכל במבחר, והכי חשוב שהיתה עמדת בריאות שזה חשוב, יש זמרות שמופיעות בערב על שפת הבריכה מאוד כיף ונעים לשמוע אותן, , המיטה מאוד נוחה עם המצעים והכריות, המזגן מעולה השירות אדיב

-: במרפסת יש הרבה שממיות לטאות שמסתובבות שם, יש חשש שיכנסו לחדר, הפירות בחדר אוכל עם זבובים מעל, לא כ"כ נקי
