-: the hotel seems run down for the price. and the rooms seem old. quite a bit of mold found in the shower and sink area. and the fact that it's a family room there was little to no privacy with the toilet as it's exposed to the bed area and corridor even with curtains down and door shut as it's glass.

+: Location. The proximity to transport connections, especially the Skytrain to and from the airport. Easy walk with luggage from the train station in under 10 mins. Skytrain is super affordable, and it’s a breeze getting from the airport in 30 mins. Very close to markets, street food, massage places etc, the neighbourhood has a great buzz. Bright, fresh, very comfortable room. Warm welcome from staff every time you enter and leave the building. The rooftop bar was also great to sit and enjoy the warm nights and see the neighbourhood all lit up.

-: No complaints. Entry to the hotel is down a long driveway, or through a small shopping complex with market stalls. Once you find it, it’s easy to navigate to and from.

-: The smells from the lobby and the walkway..not sure it's from the toilet or the detergents used.. just unpleasant
