+: Das Zimmer ist richtig schön groß und gemütlich.Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben täglich frische Handtücher und Wasser bekommen. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und sauber. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Der Pool um die Hotelanlage herum ist atemberaubend!

+: Location and our room was lovely, exactly like the photos
-: Lack of porter help, we requested collection of our bags when leaving, but we ended up having to take our bags ourselves, not a massive deal but for a 5 star resort we expected some assistance, perhaps its different in peak season. Also, we had 3 rooms in total with our group, 2 rooms air conditioners broke down, one was fixed but we then had the smell of sewerage go through our room and with the other room it was too late at night but they were able to relocate to another room for the night.

+: Das riesen Schwimmbecken war der Hammer. Das Zimmer war gross und direkter Zugang zum Schwimmbecken ein Traum.
-: Das Frühstücksbuffet war jeden Tag das selbe. Keine Abwechslung. Der Strand war nicht sauber. Der riesen TV im Zimmer war nutzlos. Kein Netflix, kein Youtube, kein englisches oder deutsches TV Programm. Da es öfters geregnet hat, wäre es super gewesen, zbsp Netflix auf den TV übertragen zu können, aber die Software des TV ist veraltet.

-: Vous aviez des dragons dans votre hôtel cela ne me rassurait pas du tout et encore moins mes enfants en l’us de cela ils allaient et venaient dans l hotel comme ils veulent et ils sont rentré dans la piscines pendant que les enfants nageaient cela nous a rendu vraiment mal.La nourriture vraiment pas représentative de la Thaïlande.
