+: We loved our short stay at Chaim’s house. Got upgraded to a Villa with the pool with clean water and a 100 meters from the sea.It is nice and quiet, very relaxing place. Feels like we are only one in whole world! Highly recommend!

-: The resort very old and need to be renovated! In the picture look so much different than the real one when you arrive! One thing that I like about this resort is the stuff or people working here are so nice and helpful, we got a beach front room, I love the view from our room a lot but yeah inside the room kinda looks old and not clean, bed sheets and a blanket smell not good 😔

+: La piscina privada de la villa y lo grande que era la habitacion en si. Tambien la decoracion del hotel, es muy verde todo con mucha vegetacion por todos lados.

-: La localizacion no es la mejor de la isla pero tampoco es un gran problema si alquilas una moto. Se puede ir tranquilamente a cualquier lugar.

-: Allgemeiner Zustand der Anlage, für die Preisklasse sollten der Unterhalt der Anlage und der Zimmer erhöht werden. Die Bungalow (speziell die Badezimmer) sollten über RCD s (Fehlerstromschutzschalter) abgesichert werden!Am ersten Abend binn ich fast in der Badewanne gestorben an einem Elektrischem Schlag. Es hätte auch noch schlimmer werden können und mein Sohn hätte es auch noch getroffen. Meine Frau hat mit das Leben gerettet in dem sie den Lichtschalter ausschaltete und ich konnte mich aus der Badewanne und von dem Kabel befreien.Vom Hotel wurde dann probiert mich medizinisch erst zu versorgen. Das hat nicht so geklappt. Andere haben im Badezimmer die Licht installation angepasst und die Lampe die zuvor beim Wasserhanen war nach oben versetzt. Ich weiss das ich eigentlich sofort in ein Krankenhaus gehen hätte müssen aber ich bin dan erst am nächsten Tag gegangen. EKG Herz alles io. Nur Verbrennungen 2. Grades an der Hand und ein Schock fürs Leben...Von Seite des Hotels haben Sie mich am Nächte Tag in ein Krankenhaus gebracht. Und ein Abendessen vorgeschlagen aber nicht eingehalten.Personal und Manager ansonsten alles nette Leute

+: Uniquement les deux hommes serveurs Laotien, super aimable, serviable.

-: 5 jours 4 nuits: 1er jour la piscine privée était à moitié rempli, 2ieme jours: la piscine est verte, ont nous proposent 2 set en dédommagement, mais nous avons refusé car pendant 1 jour nous avons été privé de piscine, nous avons dû nous baigner dans la piscine commune avec nos enfants alors que nous avons réservé la plus grande chambre de l’hôtel a un prix exorbitant pour ce que c’était. Les serviettes étaient tachés, les draps aussi et le comble c’est qu’ils ont voulus nous faire payer la tache sur le drap! ( une tache marron ) l’homme à l’accueil nous dit que c’est du sang, mais aucun de nous étaient indisposés! Nous avons donc dormis sur ce drap et c’est ce qui est le plus grave ! Je déconseille fortement cette hôtel qui ne mérite pas 4 étoiles! Cela fait 4 ans que je viens tous les 6 mois sur l’île et j’ai voulu testé cet hôtel cette fois avec mes enfants, mais je grosse erreur!
