+: Tutto, la posizione strategica sul Chao Phraia, il personale, la pulizia, la colazione, la piscina.

-: Sarebbe utile un po' più di spazio per i vestiti nell'armadio.

+: L’accueil exceptionnelle , le sourire, la gentillesse , l’aide car je ne parle pas anglais .

+: Spacious suite with nice view out of the big terrace. Bed was very comfortable and room temperature could have been easily set up with separate controllers. Ironing board with iron ready in room. Many options at breakfast including beef, chicken or pork and vegan options. Earlier check-in and staff at the pool and concierge was a huge plus otherwise the rating would be even lower.

-: The swimming pool was nicely big with good view on the river but dirty as the muddy river outside as the swimming pool was full of black sediment and spores. 1 point down. Also curtains needs cleaning!The main reason why 2 points down is we didn’t get access to executive lounge even though when I booked the room it was specifically written it is with the access to executive lounge but lady during check-in adamantly refused to give us access. We didn’t make it to our flight in the morning and we were rescheduled the next day so we had to stay overnight therefore we booked the high-class room so to fully rest but absolute no from hotel.

+: Fantastisk beliggenhed lige ved Chao Praya floden. Vi bookede en suite med udsigt over vandet. Den flotteste udsigt især om aftenen når bygninger og både lyste op. En smule støj fra bådene men der blev slukket kl 22. Personalet var fantastisk. Vejen udenfor hotellet var meget trafikeret om morgenen og aftenen. Men det trak ikke ned.

-: Alt var perfekt. Pool baren var lidt dyr og små portioner.

+: There is nothing to criticize! The staff were pleasant and very helpful, the restaurant was excellent and very good value. We went there for a birthday break for my Fiancé. And the experience was perfect.

+: Me habían recomendado este hotel pero tenía mis dudas por la ubicación pero después de haber estado 4 noches mis dudas están resueltas. Reservé la doble con cama King size y vistas al río y es una maravilla de habitación. Las vistas al río aparte de ser preciosas te permiten respirar en una ciudad que es agobiante por el tráfico. La cama es de máximo nivel y el tamaño de la habitación perfecto. Te permiten consumir cada día lo que quieras del minibar (tiene refrescos y agua) sin pagar nada. El desayuno es muy variado y buenísimo. Merece la pena contratarlo y desayunar en la terraza junto al río.....no tiene precio. El nivel de atención es sobresaliente. El concierge nos ayudó a contratar un conductor que nos llevara de forma privada al mercado flotante y tren por un precio muy bueno comparado con las excursiones que venden por ahí. La piscina es espectacular con vistas al río y la ubicación es perfecta para visitar por 1a vez Bangkkok ya que el Gran Palacio y los principales templos están en el río, y tanto Khaosan como Chinatown o el Icon Siam también se accede fácil desde el río. El hotel tiene un barco propio que te deja en el Sathorn pier o en el Icon Siam y desde ahí te puedes mover en otros barcos, BTS o tuk tuk.Y lo mejor el precio. Pagamos 125 € la noche que ya no pagas en Madrid ni en un 3 estrellas.....regalado!!!!.

-: Realmente nada pero si tener en cuenta que en el acceso al hotel se forman colas debido al tráfico de la ciudad y hay que prevenir de cara a calcular los tiempos de tránsito a aeropuerto.
