+: Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht, Extrawünsche etc. wurden schnell und zuverlässig erledigt.

-: Das Frühstücksbuffet ist unterdurchschnittlich, nicht nur was das sogenannte westliche Frühstück betrifft sondern generell. Leider ist auch das Hotel an sich in die Jahre gekommen wie es scheint, die Klimaanlagen beider Zimmer hatten es schwer, wenigstens etwas Kühle zu produzieren, das konnte auch durch die sofort zur Stelle kommenden Haustechniker nicht gefixt werden. Die Badezimmer bedürften auch einer Renovierung. Eine Sache, wofür das Hotel nichts kann, was man aber bedenken sollte, um das Hotel befinden sich etliche Restaurants, die auch manchmal Live Musik spielen lassen, da ist es Geschmackssache, wenn man dann das Gefühl hat, die Party findet im eigenen Hotelzimmer statt... ;)

+: El hall del hotel es muy bonito. No puedo decir nada más bueno.

-: No sé ni por donde empezar... Mal wifi, el desayuno es terrorífico, la amabilidad que encuentras de la gente en cualquier otro sitio en este hotel brillaba por su ausencia (desagradables, y apenas te miran a la cara aunque les saludes), la habitación a pesar de ser grande está totalmente anticuada, con humedades en el baño... Es que aunque lo intente no puedo encontrar ni una sola cosa buena. Es una pretensión de algo que quiere seguir siendo top (en su día seguro que lo fue) y no tiene apenas huéspedes... Por algo será

-: Inconvenient Location: Unfortunately, the hotel's location left much to be desired. It is not close to any significant points of interest, and the absence of nearby restaurants or cafes was a noticeable drawback. While transportation to and from the hotel was convenient, the lack of local amenities was inconvenient. Worn-Out Decor: Although the hotel boasts charming decor, it is evident that the furnishings have seen better days. The once exquisite design now appears a bit worn and dated. It seems that the hotel, which likely held a prestigious status in the past, has fallen into a state of neglect. Renovation Needed: The overall condition of the hotel suggests a pressing need for renovation. Uncomfortable pillows and frayed linens took away from the overall comfort of the stay. While the rooms were clean, signs of wear and tear were evident, highlighting the necessity for a thorough rejuvenation of the facilities.
