+: Neighborhood was very quite and dark sometimes. Otherwise everything was good.
-: Staff was not available physically sometimes, if we need something, we had to call on a number and they tell us what to do over the phone.

-: Be aware there’s no elevator and so you’ll have to carry your suitcase up the stairs

+: Close enough to the airport and 5 minute walk to beach. Cheap market 5 minutes from hotel. Restaurant next door was good value and safe for western eating.
-: Staff were unfriendly. To communicate, they would call an off-site manager to translate. Desk rarely attended and sign said to call a number for assistance but if you haven't a Sim card yet, that is unhelpful.
