+: Hotel is in a quiet area but convenient to restaurants & massages. Walk to everything in Patong. Pool was clean & refreshing. Staff are just wonderful. Great security. I always felt safe. The food is limited but very good should you choose to eat in the restaurant. Water pressure was great.

-: There are stairs, stairs & more stairs. Didnt worry me though but keep in mind if you have movement issues. The resort is in need of some TLC (which they are doing very slowly) for example the cushions on the sunlounges need replacing… the baths aren’t in great condition. My sink tap in bathroom was very loose. I wouldn’t like to pay anymore than I paid which made my stay good value.

-: We hadden een villa geboekt met 3 slaapkamers en een privé zwembad. Maar daarin tegen werd het gezin onder verdeeld in 2 simpele kamers. Zeer ontevreden

-: The rooms are old, like the sliding doors are jammed, the TV doesn’t work too well, etc. The entire resort needs a bit of a makeover, but at this price, I think it’s fine.
