+: Great hotel best I’ve stayed in Thailand , amazing pool and outside hot jacuzzi, very good gym and steam room breakfast is amazing so much choice , Asian and western great egg station , allThe staff are very helpful and friendly

-: Location is a little out but they do a shuttle bus to the BTS which is in a lively area

+: Staff and poolside are great. Size of rooms makes it convenient traveling with kids. Luxury hotel classic style

-: Rooms are due for renovation. Breakfast could be better. Not to many healthy options and focused on the Asian market

-: The room was not clean!!! the rug was stained, bed smelled so bad I couldn’t sleep well, even when they changed the sheets and the bathroom drawers are the most disgusting thing ever, I put my PJs and when I took them the next day it was covered with beard hair!!!!!!!!!!
