-: Terrible customer service. I emailed them more than 6 times. I think it was 8 times in total and they ignored every email that was sent to them but they took my money. I accidentally clicked on a booking, realised the mistake and emailed them straight away to notify them and request a refund. The agent I booked it through also asked them to at least part refund me but they ignored them too.My advice to others looking for accommodation is find somewhere else to stay. If you book with them they will not respond to any queries concerns you may have but they will ensure that they take your money. What's annoying and frustrating is that they ignore contact you make with them and you cant stop payment on your card so you lose money for a place you didnt even sleep at. .
