+: Location is good. Stayed last year as well but it will be the last time...

-: This hotel managed not to make up the room twice, even after we complained (2 rooms), they managed again not to make up the rooms the next day, not to change the towels in 1 room, no make up of the beds, obviously there is a serious problem in the housekeeping. Staff speaks very poor or no English at all. Breakfast is pure Asian style which fits their clients (98% are loud Chinese).

-: ตึกที่กำลัง รีโนเวท ไม่ควรเปิดให้ลูกค้าพัก เพราะเสียงดังมาก ลูกค้าไม่ได้เลือกห้องเอง รร.ต้องดูมห้เพราะมาพักผ่อน เสียงดังขนาดนั้นไม่โอเคร สุดท้ายต้องขอเปลี่ยนห้อง ถ้าไปเจอลูกค้าไม่กล้าละก้อ คงหูแตกไปเลย

+: لم يعجبني شي عندهم عنصرية ضد العرب

-: عندهم عنصرية ضد العرب تم تغريمنا 2000 بات من اجل الدخان لاننا دخنا في الشرفه مع العلم ان السياح من جنسيات اجنبية تدخن في الغرفة وممنوع التدخين والشرب والاكل في المسبح وهم يدخنون وشربون وياكلون عند المسبح ولم يتم تغريمهم بس لاننا عرب اول ما اتينا اليهم قالو لايوجد حجز ولاكن قلت لهم اني حجزت عن طريق تطبيق بوكنك وانتظرنا حوالي اكثر من ساعة وموظف الاستقبال اتصل على سخص وقال اننا حاجزين عن طريق بوكنق واعطونا الغرفه بعد اكثر من ساعة من الانتظار بالفندق والفندق مليان صراصير وحشرات وبرعصيات🪳🦎
