-: We hebben voor 2 nachten 3x moeten wisselen van kamer. De 1e keer was ind avond na 00:00. De airco werkte niet goed en de muren plafond en bed was nat. Vervolgens zijn we die na het naar een soort gelijke kamer gegaan. De dag erna kwamen we na een trip thuis en was men met 3 man de tegels van het zwembad aan het afbikken. Na opnieuw een klacht werden we naar een upgrade kamer gebracht verder van het geluid.

+: Pool was amazing, Breakfast was good but could have the pastries more fresher. Rooms were clean and the reception staff also moved us to another room on our request .Spa services were very good with great discounts. We were very happy with our stay. Staff could be trained to speak in English for easier communication but staff was very courteous too.
-: The toiletries should be refilled everyday which was missing, we had to request cleaning staff to refill them. Communications with staff was also bit of a problem.

-: Not a criticism of the hotel. However, the street outside was fairly run down with litter and abandoned properties.

+: Grote, nette, schone kamers. Groot balkon. Zwembad is niet diep maar ligt mooi door het gehele complex. Wij waren zeer tevreden.Ontbijt is goed en uitgebreid.
-: Niks voor ons. Verwacht echter geen chique hotel maar het is netjes en mooi aangelegd.
